1920s: The memorial is presumed to have been erected at the Langley Mill Pottery.
c1982: The memorial is presumed to have been removed from the vacated Langley Mill Pottery and put into storage at Denby Pottery.
c2014 The memorial is presumed to have been removed from storage and mounted in the Denby Potteries Visitor Centre.
13th June 2016: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Frances Casey. It was in fair condition and well cared for.
