Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.


Description:

An addition to a white marble headstone on a family grave. The tall headstone has a trefoil top, stepped shoulders and recessed sides. Sprays of foliage in relief at the two top corners descend into a narrow raised border to each side, terminating in swirls at the foot. The inlaid inscription is mainly in upright capital decorative lettering with the maker's name at the foot. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with a bevelled top.
