13 February 1967: The church was listed Grade I, Heritage List for England number 1335331. 10 February 1972: The church lies within the Kedleston Conservation Area designated on that date. The church lies within Kedleston Hall Park listed in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest. The church is listed in the Derbyshire Historic Environment Record (formerly the Derbyshire Sites and Monuments Record) HER Number 21903.
