Description:
A nowy-headed brass plaque on a wooden backboard. The plaque has a pointed arch top, rounded shoulders and a broad double line border containing a continuous foliated motif. At the head is a king's crown above a pair of crossed coloured union flags overlain by a wreath. The incised inscription is mainly in black sentence case gothic lettering with rubricated initials and the names are arranged in two columns in black upright capital block lettering. The wooden backboard repeats the overall shape of the plaque.
