Description:
A printed roll of honour in a wooden frame. The roll bears an inscription with names in two columns, and is printed in black upright capital roman lettering. The moulded wooden frame has been varnished and has carved poppy seed-heads on the right and bottom edges.

History and Conservation
|
23 January 1973: The church was listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1111879.
1980: The Middleton Conservation Area was first designated, although it has subsequently been amended. The church lies within it.
13th September, 2013: War memorials in the church were surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot, but this roll of honour was not present.
9th June, 2018: The roll of honour was photographed by Alan Willmot.
