The church is on the south side of the road at the western edge of the village.

Description:

A temporary Derbyshire well dressing display traditionally made from vegetation pressed into clay held in a wooden frame but now often incorporating pebbles, beads etc. The dressing comprised a single oblong panel depicting a Normandy beach landing. In the centre is the front of a landing craft with a red poppy superimposed, and with the landing ramp down and bearing the anniversary numerals 75. To each side is an approaching landing craft with the ramp doors still closed, and two fighter aircraft approach from above. The whole bears scattered flowers and the inscription at the head is in upright capital block lettering.

History and Conservation
1972: The Bonsall Conservation Area was first designated. The well dressing was subsequently erected within its area.

Spring 2019: The dressing was designed, created and erected by members of the local community.

28th July, 2019: The dressing was blessed by the local clergy and photographed by Glyn Williams.

3rd August, 2019:The dressing was dismantled and the components salvaged for future use.
