Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible and the memorial is well cared for.

Description:
A limestone wheel cross on a pedestal and base. The 6 o'clock face of the cross has a laurel wreath and sprays of oak foliage in relief and a panel on the tapered shaft bearing an inscription. The oblong battered pedestal has panels bearing names and further inscriptions and the oblong two-stepped base has a further inscription. The inscriptions are incised in upright capital block lettering infilled in black.

17th April, 1951: The memorial lies within the Peak District National Park designated on that date.
6th June 2016: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in good condition and well cared for.
