Description:
A glazed and framed roll of honour with a border depicting a green laurel garland bound with golden ribbons. At the head is a Union Flag within a laurel wreath, and a heading in black gothic lettering with green capitals. The inscription is in green, black, blue and red gothic lettering with the names in two columns below, also in black gothic lettering, the fallen being identified with a small cross.

22nd March, 1985: The church was listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1159098.
17th April, 1951: The Peak District National Park was designated. The church lies within its area.
22nd August, 2017: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
23rd October, 2018: The memorial was photographed by Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
