Description:
.A glazed and framed roll of honour with a border depicting a bound laurel garland. The monochrome roll has a Union Flag at the head with a heading in gothic lettering. The inscription is also in gothic lettering with the names in two columns below, the fallen being identified with a small cross.

22nd March, 1985: The church was listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1159098.
17th April, 1951: The Peak District National Park was designated. The church lies within its area.
22nd August, 2017: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
23rd October, 2018: The memorial was photographed by Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
