Location details: The church is on the north side of the road in the centre of the village. The gravestone is north of the nave, towards the northern boundary wall.

Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.
|
Description:
An addition to the lettering on a stone on a family grave. The tall limestone headstone has a pointed arch top with a plain latin cross in relief in a trefoil panel at the head. The inscription is inlaid in mixed styles of mainly upright capital lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong stone base with chamfered top.

AGED 80 YEARS. ALSO GEORGE KENWORTHY, SON-IN-LAW OF THE ABOVE, WHO FELL IN ACTION AT SUVLA BAY AUG 21ST. 1915 AGED 25 YEARS.
