The memorial is on the wall of a modern office on the southeast side of the junction of Queen St and King St (A6).

Overall condition: Good. The memorial is new.

Description:

A circular plaque with border of twin raised lines. Headings are in raised upright capital roman lettering between the lines at top and bottom and the inscription is in mixed case raised roman lettering in the centre. The border lines and lettering are coloured white against a blue background.
