Overall type: Bungalow. Overall condition: Good. The memorial is cared for and the inscription is legible.


Description:

A brick and tile bungalow with a plaque on the front face. The oblong plaque has the badge of the Royal British Legion at the head, an inscription in white capital roman lettering, and is mounted on a wooden backboard.

History and Conservation
c1950: Funding for the bungalow was raised by the Alvaston Branch of the (now Royal) British Legion.

c1955: The bungalow was constructed.

24th August, 2019: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in good condition and cared for.
