Location details:
The former church is on the north side of London Road in an area particularly difficult to determine. It is at the edge of Litchurch, Wilmorton and Osmaston-by-Derby but the current postal address is confusingly given as Alvaston, despite Crewton being between Osmaston and Alvaston.

History and Conservation
15th August, 1920;7emsp;The memorial was unveiled by Rev A H Lowe BD.

1960s: The church closed.

10th December, 2013: The church was rejected for statutory listing; English Heritage reference 1418335.

February 2018: The church was visited by Roy Branson: it was derelict.
