Description:

A traditional temporary Derbyshire well dressing display made from flowers and other vegetation pressed into clay held in a wooden frame. The dressing depicted a design in a roundel at the head, with the inscription in various colours and styles superimposed on horizontal bands of greys and blues.

History and Conservation
Spring 2014: The memorial was designed and erected by members of the local community.

12th July, 2014:  The dressing was blessed by the local clergy

12th - 17th July, 2014: The dressing was displayed.

16th July, 2014: The memorial was photographed by Glyn Williams, when it was in fair condition.

18th July, 2014: The well dressing was dismantled and the components salvaged for future use.
