An additional inscription to a stone on a family grave. The gravestone comprises oblong stone kerbs bearing an incised inscription on the inner chamfer in upright capital block lettering. The kerbs are accompanied by an oblong tablet placed on the surface of the grave..

1976: The memorial lies within the Charlesworth Conservation Area first designated in that year.
5th April, 2016: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in poor condition: although the components were intact much of the lettering was obscured by lichen and difficult to read.
