Description:
A temporary Derbyshire well dressing display traditionally made from flowers and other vegetation pressed into clay held in a wooden frame but now often utilising stones, beads, fabric etc. The dressing comprised a recessed panel bearing a full colour scene of 6 RAF aircraft representing a hundred years of development. The scene was surmounted by an RAF badge and enclosed by a pair of columns and an arch bearing a white inscription in sentence case lettering and a variety of symbols. At the head was a shield bearing an image of a Red Arrows display formation.

15th August, 2018: The memorial was blessed by members of the local clergy
15th August, 2018: The memorial was photographed by Glyn Williams.
22nd August, 2018: The memorial was dismantled and the components salvaged for future use.
