Description:

A cluster of yew trees (Taxus baccata) accompanied by a brass plaque on a timber post. The incised inscription is in upright sentence case block lettering coloured black.

History and Conservation
January, 2015: The memorial was dedicated by Mr Patrick Murray and Mrs Sandra Murray, chairman and consort, South Derbyshire District Council

24th January, 2019: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for although some black colouring had been lost from the inscription.
