A cluster of three walnut trees (Juglans regia) accompanied by a brass plaque on a timber post. The incised inscription is in upright sentence case block lettering coloured black.

January, 2019: The memorial was dedicated by Cllr Mr Michael Stanton and Mrs Heather Stanton, chairman and consort, South Derbyshire District Council

24th January, 2019: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
