Location details:
The church is at the very end of the lane about 600m south of Dalbury Hollow, which is about 4.5km west along Radbourne Lane from Mickleover. The plaque is in the nave, on the north side of the chancel arch.

Overall type: Plaque Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.


Description:

A rectangular brass plaque on a wooden backboard. The plaque has an incised border of acorns and oak leaves and the incised inscription is in upright capital roman lettering coloured black with some initials rubricated.
