Description:

A cluster of three hazel trees (Corylus avellana) accompanied by a brass plaque on a timber post. The incised inscription is in upright capital block lettering coloured white.

27th January, 2005: The memorial was dedicated by Cllr Jean Mead, chairman, South Derbyshire District Council

22nd November, 2011: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
